Position Summary: Our client is looking to hire a an upbeat, self-motivated and highly driven inside sales professional to support new sales opportunities. This sales professional will do full cycle sales in their territory and also support field sales team activities. This will be a hunting role but client has existing customers to support and leads from Channel partners and customers.

Our innovations in wireless technology are revolutionizing the broadband industry, delivering gigabit residential service at a fraction of the cost of trenching fiber, with tier-1 operators already working on mass deployment. We are looking for talented and aggressive sales people to go after new customers, large and small.
The positions that we are looking for today and can be based either in our home office in Bay area or work remotely.
 
Background: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 sales experience selling to telecommunications equipment and services.
 
Key Experience & Responsibilities:
· Cultivate the pipeline by acting on marketing leads and conducting outbound calls.
· Qualify customers and schedule appointments for phone, web or onsite meeting
· Generate background knowledge of targeted accounts and research appropriate contact details
· Manage targeted prospecting campaigns using proactive email, phone and other communication tools to create interest and move prospects into the sales process
· Qualify incoming sales leads
· Keep abreast of product capabilities and can clearly articulate the overall selling proposition
· Understand and optimize all tools current and available to maximize selling time
· Perform salesforce.com maintenance and optimization to support the sales process;
· Work in a close-knit team environment to develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, generate sales quotations that meets or exceeds quota targets
· Support strategic customers for the rollout of large networks, managing sales forecast and product delivery.
 
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of fixed wireless technologies
· Minimum 2+ years of sales experience preferable in a results-oriented sales environment.
· Demonstrated experience in communication technologies with a solution/consultative sales approach
· Demonstrated experience selling to technology and business-oriented stakeholders
· Use of Salesforce.com, Sales Loft or similar platforms
· Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to make contact prospects
· Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to be coached and excel in a team oriented atmosphere
· Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to solve problems and think critically
· Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
