Mark is the founder and managing partner of NetCareers, and he focuses on executive level (C-Suite, VP and Director level) searches in Sales, Product Mangement, and Engineering. Prior to founding NetCareers, Mark worked for Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City, one of MRI’s top ten offices. Mark was responsible for starting the firm’s Data and Telecom practice and rapidly built it into one of the most successful practices within MRI’s 600 offices. His production level placed him in the top 1% of all recruiters in the MRI system, and he was often recognized for his high achievement. Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Mark held several managerial sales and business development positions in both the Petroleum and Information Technology industries. He received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and started his career as an Account Executive for EMC Corporation.

They are a market leader in wireless access whose technology is on the leading edge of driving wireless access revolution. Our innovations in wireless technology are revolutionizing the broadband industry, delivering gigabit residential service at a fraction of the cost of trenching fiber, with tier-1 operators already working on mass deployment. Position Summary

The sales operations team is a critical function for a high performing sales team. The team contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. The Sales Operations team plays a pivotal role in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and supporting to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Experience and Responsibilities:

• Proven leader in all aspects of running a world class sales operations organization
• Strong analytical skills to develop and implement a detailed forecasting methodology. This includes building the analytics engine to analyze all of the variables that drive the forecasting model.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve and streamline sales processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and propose solutions for optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and present data related to sales performance, forecasts, and trends.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensue data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support sales efforts.
• Assist with order processing, pricing, and contract management.
• Territory and Quota Management:
o Define and manage sales territories and quotas for the sales team.
o Monitor quota attainment and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
• Sales Training and Onboarding:
o Lead in the onboarding of new sales team members by providing training on sales tools and processes.
o Create and update training materials and resources as they relate to the sales process
• Lead the creation of sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field with an MBA desired
• Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in sales management tools and programming/scripting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of sales best practices and industry trends.
