Position:  Regional Sales Manager –Western Region  - Wireless focused ( FWA / RF)   
We have a client looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager in the Western region. The focus of the role is to expand business with WISPS ( Regional Wireless Service Providers) and also Utilities and Tribal nations.  They would like to hire people who have experience and expertise selling broadband access and Fixed wireless access solutions to WISPs, Regional and Rural Service providers, and the resellers that support these accounts in the West.  
Key Experience & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the sales strategy to attack new customers and new markets
  • Proven track record in developing new accounts and hunting for new business
  • At least 10 years experience in driving large, complex sales opportunities for software, hardware & services sales
  • Experience working with partners to develop and close business
  • Ability to manage customer relationships at all levels – enable parallel top-down sales thru executive relationships and bottom-up sales through working-level teams
  • Develop key relationships and ability to establish “trusted status” with customers
  • Strong technical as well as business skills with an understanding of service provider cost of ownership
  • Ability to lead and close contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate deeply technical content into accessible and compelling forms, both long and short, and for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
Technical experience:
•Experience selling to Service Providers, specifically wireless systems operators, Wireless Internet Service provider
•Experience with Broadband Access, Wireless, and Fixed Wireless Access
