Account Manager

NetCareers Account Managers are responsible for new business development, specifically selling talent and outsourcing solutions, as well as maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop sales and account plan.
  • Comply with Company guidelines and policies relative to customer contracts, scope of work, payment terms, pricing, risk management, safety, use of company-provided tools, etc.
  • Provide recruiting staff with details on job openings to enable recruiting staff to properly and productively search for best-qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain customer contacts and relationships through frequent personal visits, telephone contacts or other acceptable practices
  • “Organizational Chart” selling techniques
  • Meet performance metrics as established by the District Manager.
  • Work cooperatively and supportively with peers in the same or other Business Centers.
  • Establish recruiting priorities relative to open requirements.
  • Communicate to District Manager or Regional Manager any customer or contractor issues relating to our service (e.g., lack of coverage, resume flow, payroll, billing, A/R, et al).
  • Provide complete required data to NetCareers Service Center relative to new hires, terminations, rate changes, benefits, billable and non-billable expenses, etc.

Recruiter

NetCareers Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates to fill open job requirements with our customers, as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with both assigned candidates and those being considered for employment. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Awareness of safety issues/concerns for specific job requirements.
  • Support diversity initiative during the recruiting process (i.e., look to provide diverse candidates while at the same time selecting most technically qualified candidates).
  • Act as primary contact to contract employees you have on assignment with customers.
  • Provide sales leads to Account Managers.
  • Meet performance metrics established by District Manager.
  • Understand labor laws (e.g., exempt vs. non exempt, overtime issues, Visas, IRCA, et al).
  • Work cooperatively and supportively with peers in the same or other Business Centers.
  • Establish recruiting priorities relative to open requirements.
  • Communicate to District Manager or Regional Manager any customer or contractor issues relating to our service (e.g., lack of coverage, resume flow, payroll, billing, A/R, et al).

Business Development Manager

NetCareers Business Development Managers are primarily Account Managers or Recruiters who act as the lead contact for a particular business center location, coordinating both the sales and recruiting activities for that location in support of customer requirements. Please see the job descriptions for Account Managers and technology Recruiters for specific details regarding core day-to-day responsibilities. Additional responsibilities would be related to the management and organization of business center activities: prioritizing customer requirements, identifying and escalating local issues and concerns to area management and coordinating business center support of regional/national customer contracts.

Researcher / Jr Recruiter

NetCareers District Managers are responsible for the oversight of a minimum of two NetCareers business centers within a specific geographic area. Responsibilities include hiring (staff recruitment and training), development/support of business opportunities (including direct sales to high-level accounts), market planning, administration, pricing and compliance with Company financial procedures and budget planning. This position reports to a NetCareers Regional President and requires a minimum of five to ten years of business experience in a service industry with management of multiple operating units.
