NetCareers Business Development Managers are primarily Account Managers or Recruiters who act as the lead contact for a particular business center location, coordinating both the sales and recruiting activities for that location in support of customer requirements. Additional responsibilities would be related to the management and organization of business center activities: prioritizing customer requirements, identifying and escalating local issues and concerns to area management and coordinating business center support of regional/national customer contracts.

NetCareers District Managers are responsible for the oversight of a minimum of two NetCareers business centers within a specific geographic area. Responsibilities include hiring (staff recruitment and training), development/support of business opportunities (including direct sales to high-level accounts), market planning, administration, pricing and compliance with Company financial procedures and budget planning. This position reports to a NetCareers Regional President and requires a minimum of five to ten years of business experience in a service industry with management of multiple operating units.
