The Regional Sales Manager - Southwest is responsible for driving sales of Client's products and services to Data Center (colocation providers) and select Service Providers.

The Regional Sales Manager - Southwest is responsible for driving sales of Client's products and services to Data Center (colocation providers) and select Service Providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand adoption of Client solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product Marketing teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
- Act as the primary liaison to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled internally
- Maintain detailed activity tracking and provide regular updates through CRM tools
- Establish and maintain strong customer engagement through regular meetings (in-person and virtual), including product presentations and business discussions
- Identify and research prospective customers to evaluate business opportunities
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and business development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Telecom, Service Providers, and Data Center industries, including IP, MPLS, SDN, and Optical technologies, as well as competitive landscape awareness
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience, preferably within WDM or transport networking equipment
- Solid understanding of DWDM networks and transport solutions
- Proven consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce
