We are looking for Sr Sales Manager

In today's always-connected world, Client believes in building meaningful connections through impactful work. Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, Client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its Broadband Infrastructure team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by partnering with service providers, network operators, and municipalities to deliver scalable, high-performance broadband solutions.

How You'll Contribute
Client's broadband solutions empower organizations to deploy and expand networks that deliver fast, reliable connectivity. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will help customers:
  • Expand fiber networks and accelerate broadband adoption
  • Modernize HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) infrastructure
  • Enhance network automation and operational efficiency
You will position Client's end-to-end Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) solutions to support optimized broadband deployments, ensuring long-term performance, scalability, and reliability.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World
  • Prioritizing sales and customer relationships to meet assigned financial objectives while achieving product sales/solutions goals.
  • Recommending the selection and development of distributors for respective regions.
  • Achieving continued advancement in the marketplace and growing market share.
  • Prospect and nurture growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages the planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
  • Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers.
  • Proficient in understanding forecast methodologies and providing weekly updates.
  • Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Familiarity with Sales Tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience supporting and participating in team sales initiatives, assembling and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts, and owning the entire sales cycle with outstanding customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Previous experience working in the cable and telco industries

You Will Excite Us If You Have:
  • A completed bachelor's degree
  • Have familiarity with client and their product set.
  • Have experience in Telecom sales with a deep understanding of MSO and Telco sales methodology.
